A kind of loft with a double bed on the floor and a sofa bed on the ground floor. In the living room a modern kitchen and the entrance to the second bathroom with shower and toilet. The washing/drying combination is also located here. The living room is spacious with a sitting area, wide screen TV and a dining table with 6 comfortable chairs. The living room is bright and has two doors that give access to a small balcony.
The apartment is on the first floor of a beautiful old building on Carrer de Cort Reial. There is a spacious entrance and then a staircase to the apartment. This modern holiday apartment in Girona is situated in the heart of the Old City and it’s partly closed to traffic and you are not allowed to park there. By car you may only enter 3x per quarter so use those three times carefully. Although you may not park, you can stop to unload your luggage. The apartment is on the second floor and has a spacious staircase but, as in many of the historic buildings in the old town, there is no elevator.
