Fully renovated bright new holiday apartment in Girona in heart of the historic centre. The apartment is situated at Cort Reial 5, a nice little square and perfect location for culture and history lovers. On the third floor of a fully renovated building from the XVI century, which has all modern comforts (elevator, aircon, etc.). It still has the authentic character of an old building with high ceilings and walls made of original stones. It has a nice balcony overlooking the beautiful square and old streets!

The living room has a Smart TV with cable television and Netflix, high quality fast internet/Wi-Fi, a comfortable sofa convertible to a double bed and a big dining table for 6 people. The apartment also has a modern kitchen fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas shove and a Nespresso coffee machine. It also has a specific sink for clothes with a washing-dryer machine hidden behind a sliding wall. The apartment has two bedrooms; a large main bedroom and an extra bedroom. The main bedroom has a double bed and a big closet and the extra bedroom is a twin bedroom. Both bedrooms have their own air condition. There are two bathrooms, a complete bathroom with a shower and an extra bathroom with toilet. This new holiday apartment in Girona has a lot of storage space, also in the kitchen and aisle, and a nice balcony.

The apartment has its entrance next to the great coffee bar Espresso Mafia. When you enter you will find a spacious hall with a beautiful stone staircase and access to the elevator.

This new holiday apartment in Girona is situated in the heart of the Old City and is partly closed for traffic and you are not allowed to park there. Note! By car you may only enter 3x per quarter so use those three times carefully. For instance one for your check in and one for your check out. Although you may not park you can stop to unload your luggage.

From Cort Reial it is ideal to explore Girona since it is only a 3 min walk from Santa Marie’s Cathedral and the Jewish quarter. The Old Centre is known to have a large variety of great restaurants and small boutiques. It is highly recommendable for those who want to be in a comfortable, unique place and explore this town just walking from your apartment.

    Superb location right in the centre of the old town. The apartment was very well kitted out, clean and comfortable. The team at bravissimo were really helpful, you get nice touches like a city map and some coffee pods to get you started. Happy to recommend !!

    The location was fantastic and the apartment was a lovely comfortable base for the city. Having the Bravissimo office so near was great and all the staff we encountered were super helpful, particularly Marco, both before and during our trip. The whole process of checking in and out couldn't have been easier and we would highly recommend a stay in one of their properties. Wish we were still there!

    Een ruim appartement midden in het oude centrum van de stad. We waren van alle gemakken voorzien. Ondanks dat je echt in het centrum zit merk je daar ‘s nachts niets van. Heerlijk rustig geslapen. Verder een geweldige badkamer, goede bedden en een complete keuken. Alles voor een top vakantie was aanwezig. Wij raden dit appartement zeker aan iedereen aan.

    The staff was super friendly. David met us outside the appartment right after calling him and showed us the appartment. He was very helpful. The appartment is modern, big, with two bathrooms (only one shower though) and clean. The location is amazing. In the middle of the old town, close to shops and restaurants.

    Great find - flawless accommodation in a great location
    You location of the property is absolutely excellent - smack in the old town and so much to see and do on your doorstep. Notwithstanding this, the apartment itself was quiet day and night. The accommodation is clean and nicely decorated throughout in modern decor and has been well thought out.
