This apartment has everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen, which you can hide away, spacious and bright bedroom with plenty of closet space and a modern bathroom.
The apartment is part of a bigger house, but you have your own entry. There is a small hallway which leads to the living room. In the living room there is a dining table for 4 and an open kitchen that you can completely hide away in a well-designed wooden closet. There is air-conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. This 1 bedroom apartment in Girona has a double bed in the master bedroom which is bright and has a large closet. The bathroom is modern and has a shower, single sink and a toilet.
The garden you see in some of the photos belongs to the people who live in the house nextdoor. If they are not there, you can use it and enjoy the garden and small pool. This is something we want to be honest about, we can’t guarantee that you’ll be able to use the garden. The apartment is part of a bigger house. There is a beautiful garden which can be used when the owners of the house are not there.
You enter the property via a gate in the street and when you are in the small front patio you will find the front door of the apartment on the left (DM). The apartment is on the ground floor.

When you cross the river you get to Mercat del Lleó, a covered market and a large supermarket. You are also close to Plaça Catalunya, a great starting point to explore the city.
