An apartment with a very open layout and sleeping accommodations for up to 5 people.
This minimalist apartment with a very open layout has three bedrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences, in addition to a spacious living room with a large extendable dining table. In the living room a comfortable sofa. There is wifi, TV and air conditioning.
Two of the bedrooms are on a slightly higher level and the third is lower. All bedrooms are open and not lockable. So there is limited privacy.
The bathroom with shower, toilet and sink is also located on the slightly higher part.
The minimalist holiday apartment of Girona is on the ground floor of a renovated apartment complex. The entrance is on Carrer de Sacsimort, a quiet street with the car only accessible to licensees. However, you can come close, Carrer del Bellaire.
The entrance is wide and modern. It is a spit level apartment and immediately after entering you have to climb a short flight of stairs to enter the apartment.

The split-level minimalist holiday apartment in Girona has a special and open layout. It is located on the ground floor, but using stairs is inevitable in the apartment. As you can see on the pictures, the apartment is divided into 3 levels. Furthermore, there is a completely open layout and the bedrooms are not real rooms. And there is only one bathroom (with toilet and shower) and no second toilet.
Incredible area for its tranquillity and history. The apartment is located in the old town of the city, where you can also find our
holiday apartment of Girona’s River Onyar, close to the cathedral and very close to the historic city wall. The area is very quiet, but it has restaurants and bars just minutes away. You can visit the old town, but you can also take a walk to the east, along the Galligants river and within 10 minutes you are outside the city and enjoy the beautiful forest in the hills around Girona.
