On the third floor of a fully renovated building from the XVI century, which has all modern comforts (elevator, air conditioning, etc.). It still has the authentic character of an old building with high ceilings and walls made of the original stones. It has a nice balcony overlooking the beautiful square and old streets!
The living room in this boutique apartment has a Smart TV with cable television and Netflix, high quality fast internet/Wi-Fi, a comfortable sofa and a big dining table for 6 people. The apartment also has a modern kitchen fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas shove and a Nespresso coffee machine. It also has a specific sink for clothes with a washing-dryer machine hidden behind a sliding door. The apartment has two bedrooms; a large main bedroom and an extra bedroom. The main bedroom has a double bed and a big closet and the extra bedroom is a twin bedroom. Both bedrooms have their own air condition. There are two bathrooms, a complete bathroom with a shower and an extra bathroom with toilet. The apartment has a lot of storage space, also in the kitchen and aisle, and a nice balcony.

This boutique holiday apartment in Girona is situated in the heart of the Old City and is partly closed for traffic and you are not allowed to park there. Note! By car you may only enter 3x per quarter so use those three times carefully. For instance one for your check in and one for your check out. Although you may not park you can stop to unload your luggage.
