Het gebouw heeft een brede entree met lift en je hebt toeging tot het grote gedeelde dakterras met een geweldig uitzicht over de stad.
Het appartement heeft drie slaapkamers, ruime woonkamer en volledig uitgeruste keuken. Er is een ruime slaapkamer met een dubbel bed, een tweede slaapkamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden en de derde slaapkamer heeft een eenpersoonsbed, met de mogelijkheid voor een tweede eenpersoonsbed. De ruime en lichte woonkamer heeft een slaapbank, eettafel voor 6 personen en grote breedbeeld tv. De keuken is af te sluiten van de woonkamer middels een schuifwand. De badkamer heeft een dubbele wastafel, toilet en douche.

Excellent stay for 6 people all with bikes - would highly recommend. Balcony is a great addition and perfect place to chill in the sun in the evenings. Apartment had lots of space and everything you need. Only complaint would be that if you have 6 people, you will need to have short showers or the hot water runs out!

El piso no puede estar mejor situado, en medio del Barrio Viejo de Girona y cercano a todo. Los camas son muy cómodas, el salón es grande y la tele enorme y de alta calidad, como el resto de los electrodomésticos. El aire acondicionado funciona de maravilla.El baño es grande y tiene una ducha cojonuda. La terraza es comunitaria y puede hacer mucho calor de día, pero tiene unas vistas de la ciudad privilegiadas. El piso estaba limpísimo. Se lo recomendaría a cualquiera.

Great place, centrally located in Girona. Fully equipped kitchen, amazing high-pressure shower, comfortable beds, and a great living room and accessible terrace (part of the building, not private). We were there for cycling and it was a perfect location & spot for it.

A nice spacious apartment in Barri Vell - the old town of Girona, between Placa dels Mercaders and Placa de VI. Cathedral is about 300m away. River is about a minute away. So the location is really exlusive, if you don't mind the church bells tolling every 15 minutes (luckily a bit more silently at night). Kitchen has all you need (including capsule coffee maker). There are three bedrooms (double bed, twin bed and a single bed) and a sofa bed in the living room. It is located in the fourth floor, but there is an elevator. Perfect for a bit longer stays in Girona, restaurants, cafes and sights are right next door and you can also cook for yourselves. I recommend.
